Welcome to ShortsBatcher ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by BreezeApps. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ShortsBatcher platform ("the Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Platform.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok Terms of Service, and Instagram Terms of Use. Additionally, you agree to the data practices described in the Google Privacy Policy.
The Platform is intended for use by content creators, particularly those who produce a high volume of short-content videos. There are no specific restrictions on who can use the Platform, but users must have a valid Google account to register.
To access the Platform, you must sign in using your Google account. By doing so, you grant us permission to access certain information from your Google account, such as your email address and any linked YouTube accounts, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The primary purpose of the Platform is to automate the process of uploading, scheduling, and distributing large quantities of short-content videos to YouTube. Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they upload complies with YouTube’s guidelines and policies.
Users must not engage in illegal activities, upload content that violates YouTube’s policies, or use the Platform for any purposes that could harm others. Any content that is prohibited by YouTube is also prohibited on our Platform.
Users who purchase the Tier 1 or Tier 2 upgrade will have access to additional features on the Platform. Subscriptions can be managed and canceled at any time through your account settings. Please note that no refunds will be provided for canceled subscriptions.
Payments for subscriptions and other services are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment information, as it is handled directly by Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription period after cancellation.
Users retain ownership of the content they upload to the Platform. The Platform uses the YouTube API to facilitate the upload and scheduling of videos directly to your linked YouTube account.
We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. The content you upload to the Platform is used solely to provide the services you have requested, such as scheduling and uploading to YouTube. We do not use or share your content for any other purpose.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its software, design, and functionality, are owned by BreezeApps. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
Users may terminate their use of the Platform at any time by removing the ShortsBatcher application from their Google account. This can be done through the Google account management settings. You can manage or revoke the Platform's access to your Google Account at any time via your Google Account permissions page.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the Platform or other users.
The Platform is currently not supported on mobile devices. Users are advised to access the Platform via a desktop for full functionality.
While the Platform allows for the mass upload and scheduling of videos, YouTube may impose limits on the number of videos you can upload per day, especially for newer channels or those without significant upload history. Users should be aware of these potential restrictions.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BreezeApps shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
All disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Denmark, in accordance with the rules of the Danish Arbitration Institute. If arbitration is not required or available, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
We may modify these terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
We will notify you of significant changes to these terms through the Platform or via email. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for any changes.
